This is a comfy cozy set defines Lagom it is just the right balance. Knits up fast is made with the softest natural fiber yarn in an easy to follow pattern for intermediate to advanced knitters. The Beret is knit in the round from the top down. The pattern has easy to follow line by line instructions as well as charts for those of us that are more visual. The pattern also has tips for knitters new to lace. There is also step by step cast on instructions.
The scarf is just as easy. The size can be adjusted. Want it wider? Add another repeat of the rib pattern. Want it shorter? End where you feel comfortable. Want a cowl?
